Positive: A very large, very clean, Villa that has been well modernised, with aircon as well as fans, situated in a quiet street within a 5 minute walk to the main mall in Richmond. Great off street parking with a large deck. A very well appointed property that was very welcoming and comfortable.
Negative: very hard to be critical as the house was lovely. Just a small point, the front door is glass. The side glass was very clean, spotless in fact. It was so clean I could have walked straight into it. May I suggest you put a horizontal stripe across across the glass as it was very difficult to see. You could almost be mistaken for thinking the door was open.

Positive: The spaciousness and every amenity was so readily available. There is a want for nothing
Negative: We could have used some paper towels and or napkins, but really hate even being that picky.

Positive: Excellent location, spacious house and grounds and two bathrooms which wasn't clear on the description. Perfect for two families. Great to have lots of crockery still on hand whilst the dishwasher was on.
Negative: Seem to have a few ants in the kitchen which came in overnight and attacked the kitchen bin. A few more serving bowls would be great too. Otherwise just great.
