A short walk up the track from the house through native bush will get you to Valhalla Junction providing panoramic views of Richmond, the Waimea Plains and Western Ranges. Tasman's Great Taste Trail is close by where you can stop for coffee, wine tastings, brewery visits and much more. Shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Central Richmond - 5 minutes away by car. Nelson CBD is 25 minutes by car.

Summary: We had a great stay in this lovely house - views were amazing and house was well appointed and very comfortable and spacious for 6 adults and two kids under 18. Hostess met us on arrival and was very welcoming and great communication prior to our stay. We’d definitely stay again.

Summary: Sally was very easy to communicate with leading up to and during our stay. The house was spacious, clean and had beautiful views. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! I would recommend to anyone who is staying in the area. Short drive from Nelson airport and centrally located to visit Abel Tasman beaches and on our way to Blenheim for wineries!

Summary: We booked this at short notice as we needed to alter our plans dues to road conditions elsewhere and we wanted to gather as a family in one place - there were nine adults and one infant. This house was perfect for our needs, with a nice big lounge and an adjoining deck. Great views over Tasman Bay, neat walks literally at the back gate, and close to all amenities. The house was clean, and tidy, Sally was a great host and the communication was excellent. As it was my birthday - there were some chocolates and a card there, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thanks.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was enough space for ourselves and our two daughters families. Everything we could wish for was provided. It made a good base for any activities we wanted to engage in in the Nelson area as well as having bush walks out from the back of the property that we were able to go on. The area was quiet and the view spectacular. Thank you for a great holiday.

Summary: Definitely recommend as exactly what was advertised and more! Walking tracks out back in bush an adventure and added bonus. House was immaculate and owner extremely thoughtful, as we even had a real Xmas tree which the kids loved. Very quiet property and views from every room a picture.
