Positive: Clear instructions were provided to enter the property. The property was clean with good ammenities. Good location.
Negative: Someone else parked on our designated parking space and we attempted to call for support but had to park outside the property instead.

Positive: The property is exactly like the pictures. We went during Matariki weekend, and it was gorgeous, warm, clean and cosy! There’s a washer and dryer, perfect if you’re doing a lot of activities! There’s bathroom floors were heated (my favourite). The view is spectacular, so good that it looks drawn on. We also ate at Gantley’s Tavern (3minute walk), and General Kitchen and Bar (next door); the food and vibes were 10/10, would highly recommend you check it out. The picture is the view from the living room couch!
Negative: There are no negative things I can say about the property, though if you have a lot of activities in main Queenstown and don’t have a car; don’t be like me and book your uber early!!

Positive: Apartment its excellent and enough space for up to 4 guests as it has 2 bathrooms. Location is great for me as Arthur's point is a small place and I do not like crowded places, Queenstown and supermarket just 15 minutes away, can walk or bike strait on trails and very close to MTB trails around Coronet peak
Negative: Bedrooms was facing main road, perhaps next time I may have to request for other side of the building, Air conditioning not too strong and one unit for whole apartment not enough in spite put at lowest temperature, at night its cool outside but I like to sleep with window closed

Positive: Beautiful apartment with all amenities; bus stop right outside for easy Queenstown access.
Negative: Proximity to the road results in some occasional traffic noise, but nothing too bad. Hallways have quite loud echoes when other apartment doors close—a tad distracting but nothing more than that.
Summary: Beautiful property and incredibly comfortable stay—highly recommend!
