Positive: This is a superbly situated and furnished property in Arthur’s Point about 10 minutes from downtown Queenstown. We would recommend this house, and could not fault anything. Local eatery nearby and serves excellent food and drinks. All attractions nearby and the Queenstown golf course is a must for golfers. Downtown eateries also great. This location also offered easy access to Milford Sound a not to miss trip from Queenstown. The earth in its natural state. Throughly recommended for any travellers
Negative: Nothing
Summary: Absolutely a must for those visiting New Zealand

Positive: Location is handy for Queenstown. Also there is a bar and restaurant right next door which is convenient. Well stocked kitchen.
Negative: The property backs onto a boutique brewery, with the main bedroom being just a few metres from the cooling unit for the brewery. The coolers/compressors turn on and off 24/7 which creates quite some noise. During the summer - we were there in Febraury - when it's warm this means we couldn't sleep with the windows open. There is no air conditioning so this made it very hot.
Summary: Lovely house, great location, but a bit noisy.

Positive: Very modern property with 3 double bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the bottle of wine a nice touch. The bathrooms were modern with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Negative: Before staying you are sent a lot of terms and conditions that you must abide by otherwise you may be charged. One of which is to be out of the property by 10 am as the cleaners will be there. When we arrived at 3pm the property hadn’t been cleaned or the beds changed. The cleaners arrived at 4pm and we had to wait outside. The cleaners did not do a good job and we had to clean up mess left in the bathroom and toilets. The toilet bins were not emptied. Receiving a message from the owner as a reminder to check out by 10 the morning before we leave while still enjoying our holiday is not good. I would expect it later that evening. Be aware the tavern next to the property has loud music playing all day starting from 8am and live bands some nights. It’s a great pub with some good food but not ideal if you are trying to get your kids to sleep.
Summary: Modern property but some customer service improvements required

Positive: The house is lovely and is a definite home-away-from-home!! It had everything we could ask for & more... The kitchen had loads more than we've ever experienced - & the sharpest knife I've ever used!!
Negative: It would have been great if 1 of the beds could be split into 2 singles and there should be a statement about the garage not being available (I was expecting to use it and booked on that premise - but no biggie!!).
Summary: Would definitely book again!
