Positive: Excellent breakfast and fabulous friendly hosts. We would definitely stay again. Very convenient location from the motorway and a lots of space which was great for our dog who was warmly welcomed. The house and rooms are excellent with character -a real find.

Positive: They are lovely couple, who helped us and did everything to make us feel comfortable. They even took us to a local car parts shop, so we could get bits for our car which had been broken into, in Rome. They recommended local places where we could have something to eat in the evening. The facilities were what we wanted, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wonderful, with fresh fruit, pasties, toasted cheese & ham sandwiches and coffee. Thank you both.
