The Space:
Beautiful Side by side Condo with free parking, WiFi and more. Centrally located off of Cortez Road. This main level condo offers an entire fenced in back yard for your pets. The Condo welcomes you with a renovated ocean breeze look and feel at the beach. Conveniently and centrally located 5 miles away from famous beaches. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy your stay and have fun in the sun.
This beautiful condo is centrally located off of Cortez road. With a beach look and design set up the Condo offers a Master king size bed with its own brand new bathroom and a 42" smart TV. The Queen size bedroom offers a fresh look and feel of the ocean with a 32" smart TV. The Full over Full bunk beds room offers plenty of drawers space and storage and can sleeps 4 . Plenty of room for dining and an extra gaming room with a fuse ball table. The bathrooms are stocked up with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer and detergent to use. The gas grill is located inside the patio and will need to be used outside. The back yard is fully fenced in for kids, adults and pets to roam around freely.
Guest Access:
The parking is free and it is on the premises. Once you book this beautiful condo we will send you a welcome package with a key code to get in. To access s the beach you would drive one block south to Cortez Road and head straight to Bradenton beach. It is only 5 miles way. There are outdoor security cameras around the premises for the safety of everyone.

Summary: only an overhead light in each room. a sofa & chair for furniture (sofa was shot) advertised for 8 people (where do people sit?) the bed in the master had ridges in it where people slept. only good thing was the shower on the master bed room.

Summary: We enjoyed this place thoroughly! Here are some things to bring with you: hand towels, oven mitts, mixing bowl, silverware, baking pans, wash cloths, tp, hand soap. Pool pump is failing, swim early in your stay because it will begin to change color.

Summary: Three bedroom two bath with a pool very nice little house to stay in I was surprised there was bleach and gain pods dish soap paper towels toilet paper most places do not furnish these items I absolutely have no complaints about this place and the host is very quick with response to calls or texts only thing is the address needs to be updated the address when I clicked on get directions it sent us one block over to the wrong house so I called and he text me the address and we found it no problem thank you so much for our awesome stay

Summary: New coffee pot, which was good. Pretty quiet neighborhood, for the most part. Close to stores/restaurants in the area. Nice privacy fence in the backyard. Water temperature/pressure was perfect in the showers, got really hot, which we liked. Pool was cloudy, didn't look safe to use for the first 2 days, then cleared up enough to use. Washer doesn't work, makes awful sounds, doesn't fill or spin. Wasn't provided with bed sheets for the pull out bed, had to request them. Wasn't provided with wash cloths or hand/dish towels, had to request them. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom No extra blankets to even make the pull out bed with or pillow to use for it. The pull out bed had been peed on previously, not clean. Hole in the wall, which was strange. Bring your own chairs to sit on if you want to be outside. Bedroom remote missing back piece. Both lamps in 3rd room doesn't work. Refrigerator leaks water on the floor. Fan on top bunk should be disconnected/disabled, really dangerous with children on the top bunk, liability issue. Can opener doesn't work properly, one of the two there didnt work at all. Overhead light on oven doesn't work. Not enough utensils for cooking/eating.

Summary: Property was just as pictured and comfortable for 10! The owner was attentive and answered any questions that we had. Location was far enough away to avoid traffic but close enough to everything to get there quickly. The neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to visit again.
