Positive: The front desk staff were extremely professional, friendly and very helpful indeed. We arrived early , around 0900 hrs and were able to check in to our room immediately which was really helpful. Throughout our stay the team helped with tour bookings, ferry tickets, transfers etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good and again the F&B staff were very polite and professional. Thank you all for a great experience : )

Negative: To be fair I don't recall anything that I didn't really like about the hotel.

Summary: A wonderful hotel with professional, helpful staff displaying a fabulous customer service ethic.

Positive: I like how the property is so close to everything but so quiet and feels secluded. We love our room and how comfortable it is. We also love the pools and it’s just 5 steps away from the restaurant and bar. And most importantly, we love the staff, they are very helpful and accommodating. You don’t need to go out or research about tours, because they will do it for you. Just go to the reception and they will give you the best recommendations.

Positive: Large comfortable rooms with AC. Nicest and most helpful staff! Beautiful pool and amazing restaurant. We ended up eating most of our dinners here because it was so good and the buffet breakfast is outstanding as well. Highly recommend!
