Positive: Great spacious accommodation with a big bedroom and access to a shared kitchen area and lovely bathroom. Sheena the owner was absolutely lovely and so helpful, she made us feel so welcome. Air con was good and there was also a a fan in the room. Outdoor space to dry clothes was also very convenient. The place was spotless and brilliant location.

Positive: This was my favourite place I stayed in the Philippines. Sheena the host is a lovely person who has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing even going as far as to help us when we got scammed by a tour guide. The bedrooms are clean, well-furnished, and spacious. The communal areas offer everything anyone could need, and the surrounding area is very quiet and safe. I honestly cannot fault Xavier’s Place.

Positive: It is a big, new and very clean place. Everything is taken care of very nicely. I felt very safe even sharing the apartment. The host was always reachable and super nice and helpful. Cleanest and best bathroom, I had in the Philippines. Internet is working very well and there is free drinking water.

Negative: I would have loved a gas stove for cooking. The place is getting hot, but the AC is working well. The AC is loud, but this is the case for every AC in the Philippines.
