Summary: I really wanted to like this property. Communication was not all that great with owner Maximiliano. Per request of the property taker my brother was told he couldn’t park in the garage area because owner brother was going to be by to get his truck. He was told where to park which caused damage to the windshield of the truck. Coconut palm trees are all around so one of the counts fell and broke the windshield.There were cockroaches which taker was notify and he sprayed around the area. I went Maximiliano a message and never heard back. Very disappointed with everything.

Summary: Place is nice and big what I don’t like is not to have my own key if I came back after 9:00 pm I have to pay $15 to get in, I paid twice if you are planing to go out at night this is not your place.

Summary: I had a group of 8 and needed an overnight close to the beach, restaurants, and airport. This met all three needs and had a great pool! Very few amenities were listed so I thought I'd list some of the standouts. It had an air unit in every room, towels, sheets, and a stocked kitchen. The house was very spacious and secured by perimeter fencing. The pool was great! It was clean and well maintained. Great stay and we hope to return in July with another group.
