Positive: Clean, well-appointed and very cozy cottage. The immediate surroundings are also extremely charming, and there are two excellent restaurants a few minutes away (wild rabbit, plough). Good base to explore the Cotswolds. Bring your own food supplies for self catering as there are no shops to speak of (or shop at Daylesford which is a short drive away). Household supplies are provided already so no need to bring (washing up liquid, sponge etc). There are plenty of radiators to keep warm including an electric stove which is very powerful. The kitchen has an electric kettle and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee press (which wasn’t clear from the description). There’s also a patio area with a barbecue.
Negative: A couple of very minor niggles: - top floor bedroom has no door - no issue for us as a family but I can see how this might be an issue for others maybe; that bedroom as the bigger bed so is better as a parental bedroom (the bed in the other room is tight) - three items would be helpful in kitchen: a sieve, a water jug and ideally also a scale - radiator in bathroom: not an issue in May, but I could see that it wasn’t very strong which may be why others complained.
Summary: Perfect for a family bank holiday weekend in the Cotswolds!

Positive: Whilst small, the setting is great and the courtyard garden is a lovely and quiet spot to enjoy breakfast. We needed assistance from a neighbour at Cider Press cottage and they were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: We struggled to find the cottage even with local help.

Positive: Location in the village was excellent. Parking was easy, the property was exceptionally clean. The host left detailed instructions and was responsive to messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this warm and cosy cottage.
Negative: Unfortunately the boiler broke during our stay, I was given the number for emergency response which was answered efficiently. Although there was not enough time to get an engineer out during our stay, I was impressed at how the host reacted by offering a partial refund for the inconvenience. Accidents happen.
Summary: Very pleasant stay in a well equipped and high standard cottage.

Positive: Bedroom in attic was nice and quiet. Red Kite speed at sorting out the issues we had in terms of cleanliness. Cottage location is great to walk to two great pubs in the village, easy on road parking.
Negative: Red Kite sorted the issue we had with the cleanliness of the property, wasn’t up to standard at all the shower or the bed linens on top floor bed. Would be good to get the broken away tiles on the shower floor replaced for hygiene reasons. Front door top lock be good if that was fitted back on for security reasons and aesthetics. Did think a small welcome pack like most rentals would be on arrival in cottage so nothing is provided at all but maybe this is a different level of rental so not usually done? Bathroom was cold and like previously feedback noted is far from bedroom if ur up in the middle of night. Kettle on the stove wasn’t a problem for us but can see why others suggested getting an electric kettle for ease.

Positive: We really loved this cottage. Recently converted (or felt like it) and absolutely beautifully done. Super clean and very well equipped with really comfy beds and lovely decor. Other reviewers has mentioned the bathroom was cold but we found the heated towel rail worked very well. Yes the cottage is not enormous, but that's clear in the description and photos and we thought it was actually bigger than we'd been expecting. Very good value too.
Negative: I think the fact there isn't a door to the second bedroom in the converted loft should perhaps have been made clear. (And that it would be an improvement if one was put in at the bottom of the stairs up to it.) It did mean that when people were downstairs you could hear them from that bedroom.
