A home away from home with plenty of room for the family to play, this gorgeous home in the heart of Merivale is a stone's throw from Merivale Mall and a walk to the City or Hagley Park.
The home has three double bedrooms with an ensuite off the master bedroom, open plan living/diving areas accompanied by a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a second TV room adjacent to the kitchen which is perfect for the kids. With a swim spa, outdoor fireplace, BBQ and covered deck, this home is a perfect summer getaway spot for families looking to spend some quality time together.
Guests have access to the entire home except for the garage, however there is room to park two cars in the driveway and an electric gate provides extra security.
PETS: This is a pet friendly property.
If you intend to bring a furry family member with you, please book them through your guest boarding pass so we are aware they are coming. We do charge a pet fee of $25.00 NZD per pet, per night.

Summary: Opening gate from inside the property could be horrendously dangerous if you didn't pull your hand out quickly. Couldn't really get a grip on the oven so went out instead and the cheap heavy mugs need to go !!! Please keep watering the plant ....it might just flourish. All good and we will see you again. Thank you
