Positive: A cute and comfy basement unit with good facilities and parking, location is within a reasonable driving distance from downtown. Good particularly for couples as it has only one bed. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, has everything you would need to prepare your own food

Negative: Ocassional noise from the top floor, although not something unreasonable and many people won't mind that. Also, there is no coffee or tea in the room - you will have to bring your own.

Positive: House is located a 15 minute walk from the Metro. Bruna was so gracious when we arrived early as we had to drop off our luggage and the return our rental car at the airport. She was always in communication with us by phone to answer our questions re the appliances. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and we were able to wash our clothes in the washing machine/dryer that was in the bathroom. Next time we would keep the rental car till the day of our return flight and take it into the city for touring.

Positive: We arrived late at night due to a flight delay, but the owner attended to us in a very professional manner. It is a very nice, fully furnished apartment.

Negative: The only improvement needed is to add blackout curtains.

Positive: The property was clean and very comfortable, we immediately felt ‘at home’. The apartment was large and, although open plan, was very cleverly designed to keep the spaces separate. The laundry facilities were a great bonus as was the full kitchen. We stayed 3 nights and gad a great sleep each night . The area felt safe and we used the metro to get into Montreal centre and walked back to the apartment in the dark and felt very safe. The car had its own parking space on the drive and we had a private entrance. All in all the best place we gave stayed in our 3 week tour. Highly recommend.
