Positive: Fadoua is a very responsive and attentive host who did everything to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. The flat fully matches the description—it’s cozy and bright. It’s a 25-minute walk to the metro (equally to lines 7 or 8) and a 15-minute walk to the RER suburban train station. Buses stop at the square where the building is located, but we didn’t want to pay twice (the transfer fare doesn’t apply between buses and the metro/trains), so we walked instead. The train is faster than the metro—it’s double-decker and almost empty during the day. There are shops near the house—Franprix is better than Carrefour. There’s also a wonderful bakery nearby.
Negative: There were some issues in the flat, but they were resolved very quickly.

Negative: Opening the door was a bit tricky to open with the key as if it wasn't fixed to its frame idealy, but once you get the idea, it was ok.

Positive: My Host Fadoua was very responsive and helpful in giving me exact instructions. She was very precise with instructions and made sure I did not find it difficult to check in. I greatly appreciate her commitment and hospitality. She goes out of her way to help her guests. I found her very kind-hearted and transparent. I will definitely stay at her apartment on my next visit.

It's got everything I'd need. I would say that it is a good value for the money. The host was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were always willing to assist, and I could not have asked for more.

Negative: The kitchen faucet was loose and about to become disconnected. The front room never fully warmed up (we stayed in Feb). The lockbox containing the keys is clunky and hard to close.
