Positive: Very centrally located in Ware, which met our needs perfectly. Well kitted out with everything we could have needed. Good communication and instructions. Tip… the door key turns clockwise to get in. Lovely decor.

Positive: Great location in central Ware, less than 10-minute walk to the venue for a wedding we were attending. Owner was very responsive and left a welcome bottle of fizz and bag of crisps. Generally very clean and nicely decorated. Onsite parking is good.

Negative: Logging into the wifi could have been easier... the passcode details et al we're on some stickers that had fallen under the router so took some searching to find them... once logged in, wifi was good. There was no welcome information provided - it would have been great to have a single A4 page with wifi login details, tips on local bars and restaurants. Both mattresses on the two double beds were quite soft for us... not sure if that's an age/wear thing or just the type of mattress. The windows in both bedrooms didn't close properly at the top, so on one of the nights we did hear some noise from people on the way back from the pub. Main bathroom tap is slightly chipped/damaged, so water spurts out... needs replacing. As mentioned in another review, the labelling on the oven knobs has all faded, so you have to guess function/temperature. Generally, the flat seems in need of a bit of an update re taps, windows, oven et al.

Positive: The apartment was more that I had expected. It was very clean, family friendly, and would definitely book again. But boy an hour from leaving neon by train and the town of Wear was so friendly. The shops and put were just a 2 min walk away located on was amazing .

Negative: Nothing it was the perfect place to stay

Positive: The apartment was super cosy, clean and really comfortable to be in. Myself and my partner were here for the week and we couldn’t fault it. The owners were also really helpful and on top of responding when I asked questions. Would highly recommend to anyone.
