Positive: Immaculately clean. Good braai area on the outside. All the amenities available for a very comfortable stay. Great view from the garden.

Negative: If I needed to be very fussy, would love screens over the windows , to be able to keep them open at night without bugs coming in

Positive: Very responsive and incredibly welcoming, Sonja and Gavin were the most helpful hosts. The cabin is a lovely modern surprise tucked away in the middle of serenity. It was a shame we had to cut our stay to just one night due to delays with our international flights. My husband and I would definitely love to come back—hopefully during a season when we can enjoy the super cool outdoor shower! We absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway.

Positive: The hosts are friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. The rustic yet modern-built bush cottage is nestled privately in the heart of nature, situated in a beautiful tranquil neighborhood close to Hoedspruit town with shops and restaurants. It is not even an hour's drive to Orpen Gate, to visit the much loved Kruger National Park. Sonja and Gavin go to great lengths to make sure one feels welcome and at ease. Aside from the place being spotless, extra attention has gone into making sure that you have everything you need. With a well-maintained garden and its impala lelies in bloom, hidden gems welcome any bird lover. The house provides safe parking and a braai & boma area to enjoy, with the Blyde River Canyon as a backdrop. A private outdoor shower under the stars gives this stay that added unique experience. Thank you for your hospitality.
