Summary: We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en zijn dochter. De cottage ligt deels boven de stallen van de paardenfokkerij. De woonkamer is gigantisch en is ingericht met een een gezellige zithoek rond een prachtige haard een eettafel voor 12 personen en een interessante verzameling aan schilderijen. De keuken is klein, maar voldoet en de slaapkamer is royaal, al mogen de bedden wel vervangen worden! Eveneens is de badkamer aan vervanging toe. Hierbij moet wel vermeld worden dat het maar een twee sterren accommodatie is. De ligging is prachtig, rustig, bij een dorp waar echt niets te doen is. Tip horren voor de ramen in de woonkamer boven de stal en in de keuken.... dat zal aanzienlijk schelen in de overlast van vliegen, want dat is jammer en mijn inziens deels aan te pakken.

Summary: Nous n'avons jamais pu annulés notre séjour à cause de belvilla jamais pu se faire rembourser. Jamais ils n'ont voulu entendre qu'à cause de la covid nous ne pouvons pas bouger. Depuis mars 2020 je ne fais que décalés car nous devons venir à 7 personnes pour un évènement qui ne faisait que ce décalés. J'ai perdu 430 euros dans l'histoire tout à fait inutilement et puis le plus beau c'est que personne ne vous répond maintenant. Très mécontent j'espère que les propriétaires verront ce message et si on a pas pu venir ce n'est pas de notre ressort, on aurait aimé venir mais nous n'avons pas pu nous déplacer. Il serait pas mal de faire un geste envers nous et nous rembourser. Car le fait que si c'est moi qui annule ou decale mes réservations cela me coûte à chaque fois, surtout en cause de covid, et bien pour ma part c'est du vol

Summary: Vriendelijk onthaald door de uitbater. Het verblijf is letterlijk boven de paardenstallen gelegen. Mooie ligging in een erg rustige straat. Prachtige regio met talloze mogelijkheden voor wandelaars, fietsers, mountainbikers, natuurliefhebbers... Ruim verblijf. De grote ruimte is echter moeilijk op te warmen tijdens de koude maanden (twee radiatoren en 1 grote open haard). Slaapcomfort in de grote kamer kon beter (matrassen aan vervanging toe, oude bedden die kraakten en piepten).

Summary: Alles zag er veelbelovend uit bij aankomst, tot we in de accommodatie aankwamen. De buitendeur mocht /kon niet op slot omdat de dierenarts aan zijn medicamenten moest kunnen. Waardoor de slaapkamers toegankelijk werden voor iedereen die binnen wou komen!!! Verder was het niet proper en ondanks de openhaard brandde was het ook koud binnen. We zijn hier dus ook meteen vertrokken, onze vakantie viel in het water en van belvilla mochten we ook niet veel steun verwachten, schandalig!!!

Summary: Authentiek huis met typische Ardeense elementen. Zalig haardvuur, was wel nodig want de grote zaal is moeilijk te verwarmen. Voor de rest was alles naar wens. Wel voor mensen die geen belang hechten aan grote luxe.
