Positive: This is a newly renovated granny flat, so everything is new and clean. My family and I enjoy staying here; the host lives in front of us, so it is very convenient if you have any questions. The place is well-recommend if you want to find a place to stay in Epping

Negative: We're Asian, so if you want to cook at home, you need more chopsticks, but it doesn't matter at all. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Positive: Quiet location. The self contained flat was well kept, clean and tidy. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry. Both bed rooms with ensuite and reverse cycle a/c. Bus stop at bottom of the driveway into Macquarie Center or to Epping. Sydney CBD only 30mins on Metro. Epping 15 min walk away. The hostess was very kind and hospitable, offering to drive us to Cheltenham the next morning, and again to the Metro at Macquarie Center on departure. Highly recommended place to stay.

Negative: Would be nicer to have had top sheets instead of just the doonah.

Summary: The hostess could not have been more hospitable and charming.

Positive: We like how welcoming it is, the flat is very clean, it feels like coming home to your own home. Love the nature around the flat. Very accommodating owner. Love love the experience.

Negative: We came from the opposite of the road where the house is, which you cannot cross, so if this happens to you go straight to the next right turn all the way to the round about and work your way to the house. No covered parking but very secure space.

Positive: We had a really lovely stay here with my daughter and her friend while attending a concert at Qudos Bank Arena. The location was perfect less than a 20 minute drive to the venue, which made getting to and from the concert really easy. The accommodation itself is a fresh, clean two-bedroom granny flat. It sits slightly uphill behind the main house, and there is a short walk up the side of the house. It had a nice little deck with table and chairs with a view of some lovely greenery. Because it’s elevated, it felt peaceful and tranquil, and we especially loved the view through the glass kitchen splash back, it added a really nice touch to the space. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the host had thoughtfully left cold bottles of water in the fridge along with snacks and noodles for us when we arrived, which was such a kind gesture. There were also a couple of board games available, which was a nice extra. The host was extremely accommodating and genuinely lovely to chat with. When we left, the host even gave the girls a couple of snacks for the road, which was very thoughtful. Overall it was a really pleasant stay and we felt very comfortable there. We’ll definitely be booking again when we come back for future concerts.

Negative: There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about the accommodation. If I had to mention anything at all, it would only be that the granny flat is accessed by walking slightly uphill along the side of the house. This wasn’t an issue for us at all, but it might be a little challenging for someone with mobility issues. Other than that, everything about our stay was great.
