Summary: Het was een oubollig huisje met achterstallig onderhoud. Maar hadden heel mooi weer dus constant buiten geweest. Wel een hele mooie omgeving, veel gewandeld en gefietst. Oppimpen en goede schoonmaak kan geen kwaad. Veel vlekken in vloerbedekking enz. In zo’n huisje hoort lijkt mij geen vloerbedekking. (In het bos) Het was het net niet.

Summary: Huisje was ontzettend vies, er lagen 2 verschimmelde vaatdoekjes, er zat nog koffie in het potje met de paddestoelen erop, pannen zaten nog vol etensresten, de douche en wc waren vies. Mijn vrouw is eerst 2 uur bezig geweest met schoonmaken. Dit ook ge-appt aan de eigenaresse, maar geen reactie. Hoop dat de eigenaresse bereid is om iets te investeren in de accomodatie, want dit sloeg helemaal nergens op, de kussens voor de stoelen buiten waren aan elkaar geplakt met tape en er zaten gaten in (7,99 voor 1 nieuw kussen bij de action mevrouw wij betalen 100€ per nacht bijna, sjongejongejonge) Er liggen kapotte rookmelders, er staan 2 banken in het huisje die zou de kringloop nog niet aannemen.. Ohja, onze kinderen en hond hebben leuk kunnen spelen in de tuin, die wel mooi groot is(en vol staat met dode bomen..) Paar nieuwe pannen kost u ook geen fortuin, de anti aanbaklaag is 6 jaar geleden verdwenen zo ongeveer. De kraan wordt kokend heet, de serre heeft geen zonsverduistering en er hangen een paar gordijnen die in de jaren 80 als dekbedovertrek hebben gediend waarschijnlijk. We zouden tot vrijdag blijven maar zijn op dinsdag vertrokken. Ik hoop echt dat de uitbaatster hier iets mee doet, want op zich is het een leuke rustige plek, waar je veel privacy hebt. Wij komen er iig nooit meer terug.

Summary: Niet gewoon een verouderd huisje. Dit huisje is slecht onderhouden en vuil! Bij aankomst vonden we een koffiepot met een beschimmelde koffie, een gebruikte sok, sigaretten verspreid in de slaapkamers, kogels onder het bed, de potten en pannen in de keuken hadden nog voedelresten aan zich plakken, schimmel in de koelkast en vriezer, dode vliegen op de vensterbanken. Er was geen afwasmiddel voorzien, geen zakken om je afval te sorteren, hoe kan je het dan proper achterlaten? Wij zijn twee dagen vroeger naar huis gegaan dan gepland en hebben niet gekookt in het huisje, we hadden bang om ziek te worden. Ons eten hebben we in een koelzak laten zitten en met koelzak en al in de koelkast gestoken vanwege de schimmel. Het dubbel bed is eigenlijk een enkel bed met een uitschuifstuk. De omgeving van het huisje is heel rustig. Buiten zitten is moeilijk omdat er weinig schaduw is. Er zijn ook maar twee stoelen om buiten te zitten terwijl je het voor zes personen kan huren. Er zitten enorm veel muggen in de omgeving door het stilstaande water in het bos. Vlakbij het huisje is het Pannenbos, leuk voor een wandeling. Het Weerterbos is groener, minder muggen en vonden we persoonlijk mooier. We zitten midden in verbouwingen, gaan graag kamperen en kunnen best wel tegen wat minder comfort. We wisten dat dit huisje niet modern of nieuw was en hadden dan ook geen hoge verwachtingen maar we trekken de grens bij vuiligheid. We hebben er het beste van proberen maken maar toch is het jammer dat onze vakantie zo is verlopen door de nalatigheid van de eigenaar. Gelukkig hadden we geen kinderen mee, dan waren we bij aankomst direct weer naar huis vertrokken. Wij raden ten zeerste af om dit huisje te huren.

Summary: Het huisje zeer vervuild aangetroffen. Een briefje waarop stond: huisje schoon achterlaten. Maar wel € 83,- eindschoonmaak betaald. Ik wilde het mijn vakantie niet laten bederven dus schoongemaakt en klaar. Maar op de 6e avond om 22.38 uur kreeg ik een sms van de eigenaar dat de volgende ochtend om 8.00 uur een monteur zou komen voor het aanleggen van een inbraakinstallatie. Ze waren er al om 7.30 en verontschuldigden zich steeds. Zij vonden het ook een vreemde zaak dat ze dit moesten doen terwijl het huisje verhuurd was. De datum stond volgens hen al maanden gepland. Ik was al zo boos van dat sms'je dat ik al mijn spullen al gepakt had en ben ook direct vertrokken, 1 dag eerder dan gepland. Thuis gekomen direct Belvilla gebeld om een klacht in te dienen maar die reageerden alleen maar op het feit dat ik niet direct bij aankomst gebeld had. Waar het echt om ging (het sms'jes en de monteurs) dat werd niet echt gehoord. Uit coulance zou ik wel € 50,- terugkrijgen. Wat ik weinig vind gezien de kosten van de eindschoonmaak en een gemiste vakantiedag.

Summary: Heerlijk rustig gelegen vakantiehuis, gezellig en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Alleen de bedden zijn behoorlijk hard en de schoonmaak kan beter, maar verder heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Summary: De plek van het huisje is fantastisch. Rustig, stil en in de nacht is het aardedonker. Het comfort is redelijk. Alles is schoon en aanwezig, wel verouderd. De bedden zijn (te) hard. Dat hebben wij echt als jammer ervaren.

Summary: Leuk vrijstaand huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Alleen 1 dringend verzoek aan de eigenaar. Probeer 1 nachtje in de 2 persoonsbedden te slapen. De veren in de matrassen doen namelijk echt zeer!
