Summary: Stays.com advertised this property as 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds, but actually only one room had a queen bed, one had a single and the other had 2 single beds. We were only 2 adults, so this really didn't matter. Also, the check-in time in Stays.com was 1 pm, but in fact the owner said we can check in only after 2 pm. We had trouble with loose shower taps, but we contacted the owner and he came very quickly and fixed it and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. In summary, it was a very nice house and we were very comfortable, all rooms had split system units (heating and cooling), which was very useful especially since it was very hot compared to Melbourne.
