Positive: This is a beautiful, well furnished 3 bedroom apartment with living room, a Wifi, dining table, chairs and sofa set, 3 balconies and a nicely equipped kitchen to cook for myself, also a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, induction stove, oven and ironing facility. Apartment was also stocked with good amount of coffee, tea, sugar etc. 4-6 people can comfortably stay in this apartment, provided on sharing of bed. Towels and napkins were provided with basic toiletries kit (however advisable to bring our own toiletries). Vacuum cleaner was provided for room cleaning as it is not a serviced apartment. It is in a very good location of a Paris Suburb of Rueil Malmaison. The apartment is just opposite the bus station and RER station (Walkable 2-3 mins). The location also is close to a couple of restaurants, a mall with groceries and convenience stores and few brasserie. Importantly host was attentive to requests and quick in resolution. As a new comer to the region and culture host took time to familiarize things in the apartment. During my visit in Paris temperatures were high and requested for a fan as the home did not have an A/c or fan as is the model in the region. Host was quick enough to provide with fans for all 3 bedrooms. Overall my stay was comfortable and convenient.
Negative: I would rather say "what could have been better" ! 1. Address and contact information is incomplete, so for me it took a while to contact and check-in and as provided contact number of host was not picking up the phone. - So for anyone in future kindly update the full address with multiple contact details in the profile. - Therefore the apartment is in "59B 1st Floor" with Postbox name Mahe. There are multiple buildings in the 59 like A, B, C etc. since all have magnetic locks for entry, one cannot go and check-in unless we have a key or someone accompanies. Attention: Not a serviced apartment, so dishwashing and room cleaning during long stays will be an additional responsibility.
