Positive: I stayed at this great apartment for 6 days. My stay was very relaxed as the apartment was very clean, safe and closet to metro. All facilities such as fridge, microwave, oven, kitchen ware, parking, towels, soap, shampoo ...etc. were available. I would recommend for everyone who looks for a relaxing stay.

Positive: Luxury apartment, very well equipped, with a balcony where one could enjoy lazy breakfast. Modern building, safe and quiet area. 15 min by RER to the city center. Very useful manual. Good communication with the owner.
Negative: The deposit is a little bit exaggerated, and one has to pay it in the very last moment before check-in in order to get a code to the key-box. Perhaps,this procedure should be conducted a day before arrival, to be on a safe side. And the code might be send shortly before arrival, anyway.

Positive: Very spacious and cosy apartment, where we can feel like home. The mattresses of the beds were comfortable. Expresso machine and other kitchen devices very useful. Close to RER station, supermarket and restaurants as well as the Seine.
Negative: Wine opener was missing, lid of the batch tub was missing and an additional curtain would be valuable as the bathroom floor could get wet very easily. Toilet paper, kitchen paper and other tools for cleaning would have been appreciated as we had a long stay.
