Situated in quiet Goolwa Beach, Farview shack is a traditional Aussie weekender that has been updated to provide a comfortable, relaxing base for your stay in the beautiful south coast region.
Every window provides a different view of the surrounding area, from the hills to the lake and the sea. A covered deck along the front of the shack allows you to enjoy the views in comfort.
Across the road from a park, with an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to local shops and the historic town centre, Farview is ideally located for those looking for a short escape or a longer stay.
It has sleeping accomodation for 5 people with a separate bedroom and a sleeping nook off the main living area.
The kitchen has been recently renovated and contains all you need to prepare your own meals.
Reverse cycle air conditioning and TV/DVD are provided.

Summary: Affordable place in Goolwa, close to beach. It is retro as advertised (we enjoyed the dvd selection), but perfectly comfortable - the bed was great. We had a few issues with check in information not arriving and correct beds not made up but easily sorted.
