Positive: The room was clean and the bed so comfortable. Beautiful sea breeze right through and just a lovely place to stay. The room was very spacious, even the bathroom.
Negative: There was no chair to sit only out the back but I needed somewhere inside to sit and work on my laptop. That was the only negative I could say.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable and accessing the key was easy. Great location for me to get to my event at Hall Park.
Negative: Overpriced and I didn't like the same door to access the above unit and could hear the people upstairs.
Summary: The room was comfortable and clean but very overpriced for what it was.

Positive: It was neat and tidy and central to Mandurah and all my calls to get help or ask questions was excellent
Negative: We had a cold shower. The access to the property and gaining keys weren’t as clear as they could be like opening the postal box to the locked key pad was difficult to figure out how to open. The parking is extremely tight between vehicles and building and I had a medium sized hatchback so I wouldn’t like to try park a 4wd.
Summary: I would stay again it was quite pleasant and comfortable
