3 Bedroom Villa in Halls Head

From the minute you step into our villa and look out onto the stunning canal views you will instantly feel relaxed and on holiday.
Our well appointed villa accommodates a maximum of six people and is a welcoming home away from home with FREE WIFI, fully ducted air conditioning and reverse cycle heating making it cool in summer and cosy in winter.
Situated on one of the best canals in Mandurah, it's the perfect place for a relaxing romantic weekend, family get-away or that long hard earned break. Lounge on the top balcony with a glass of wine or sit on the patio and relax ................ was that a dolphin going by?
BEDROOMS
All bedrooms are upstairs:
Master bedroom - Queen size bed, ensuite complete with shower, bath, toilet and hairdryer. Private balcony with 2 comfortable loungers and great views overlooking the canal. (Please note Optus Fetch TV is not available on the TV in this room).
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 - Single size bed x 2.
Bathroom 2 and 2nd toilet upstairs
Bathroom 3 is downstairs and also has showering facilities, and toilet.
Tea towels and bath mats are supplied and all bedrooms have pillows, quilt/doona and blanket. Sheets and towels are not provided but are available to hire.
** LINEN HIRE **
Linen is available for hire @ $25 per room for bedroom 1 & 2 and @$15 per single in bedroom 3. Hire linen includes pillow cases, fitted sheets, top sheets, hand towels and bath towels.
VILLA DETAILS
Our downstairs living area is perfectly set up for family relaxing time and includes kitchen, 6 seat dining table, lounge suite and wide screen widescreen TV with DVD and family board games. Wi-Fi is also available.
Watch the world drift by from our 6 seat outdoor sitting and BBQ area. The canal is often visited by local dolphins, sting rays and pelicans, not to mention the luxury boats. We have our own jetty where guests can enjoy fishing and crabbing. Bring your boat and experience the luxury of mooring on the doorstep or take one of the many dolphin canal tours available. You can even visit one of the local boat hiring companies and explore the waterways at your leisure. The more energetic of you might like to have fun hiring a canoe or kayak.
Our villa is an easy 10 minute stroll away from local IGA grocery shop, bottle shop and restaurants. A further 5 minute walk will take you across the new Mandurah Bridge to Mandurah's Foreshore attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops. Our local beach is only a 5 minute drive away.
Popular Mandurah activities include boating, fishing, crabbing, prawning, kayaking, cycling and exploring our beautiful walk ways - there is even a fun fair and water playground for the kids.
Mandurah is also home to hundreds of species of birds which can be spotted all around the waterways or from hides located in local bird sanctuaries.
During December Mandurah comes alive with wonderful Christmas light displays, this is a truly magical time that has to be seen to be believed!
Location, Location, Location! - Mandurah makes the perfect base for exploring Western Australia's beautiful Peel region while being less than an hour away from Perth City and airports.
Why not try out one of the many top class golf courses the Peel region has to offer or take a wine tour for a taste of the regions best wine, beer and food.

Summary: Great place to stay, perfect location on the canals and close to the centre. The host was great with communication and information. The house was fully equipped with everything you could need and wonderfully presented. A great place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: We couldnt fault anything about the location, the facilities and communication with property owners. The property met all of our needs with one exception - the air conditioning was inadequate and as we had a couple of days where the temperature exceeded 40 degrees we had a couple of uncomfortable nights. We feel that if this issue was addressed then we would definitely return Otherwise everything else more than met our needs.

Summary: Perfect location for a getaway with the family.Property was as listed, clean & tidy and great communication from the property owners.Safe and secure with private wharf access.If visiting this property during the Christmas period, lots of boats touring the canals creating an awesome atmosphere and christmas spirit.Will definitely be re-visiting on our next trip to Western Australia!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Canal Home. Everything we needed was provided for. It was exceptionally clean and orderly. The location, surrounds and views were beautiful. The only disappointment was bringing your own sheets and towels. I can understand why this would be a requirement in regard to washing, workload and costs etc etc, but with the price we paid I thought it could have been included. $275 per night plus 150 cleaning fee.

Summary: Paul & Sally's villa is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Its quite spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa is located within a quiet secure complex, and the location is perfect - only a 10 minute walk/3min drive to the main foreshore, 2 minute drive to the IGA supermarket, or 5 minute drive to Halls Head shopping centre where you'll find a large range of shops with everything you need. It was very entertaining sitting on the patio outside watching the boats and kayaks go by, we even spotted some dolphins! We can't wait to come back and stay again, thanks Paul & Sally!

Summary: Travelling from the UK we wanted to experience as much as possible of Western Australia. We booked port sails to see what Mandurah was like. This is a lovely property situated on the canal with lovely views. It is right next to a bridge so expect some traffic noise. We saw some beautiful sunrise from the balcony and the passing boats and wildlife made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We did use the oven on our first night without success as the oven is quite old so we ate out the other nights we were there. Lots of places to choose from to eat. Would stay again if returning to Mandurah, the property is very comfortable but could do with updating.

Summary: This unit was in a great location and came supplied with everything that a family could want. From watering the swans from your own jetty to watching the dolphin from your patio, who could ask for more. What a wonderful experience.
