Summary: A quiet location with close access to a supermarket. The restoration of the property was extensive and both imaginative and functional. There was good and immediate communication with the owners who were extremely helpful. It had a generous and private garden.

Summary: This accommodation is easiest the nicest I have booked and gave a wonderful opportunity to explore the Dinan area (which is incredible!). My only criticism was that the property is listed as waterfront. The river is a 6 min drive. or 20 min walk

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Property is very close to Dinan (5 mins walk) and also close (couple of minutes walk) to essential shops and supermarkets but also very quiet, so perfect for a relaxing vacation. The property was the perfect size for a couple with a large kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom and bedroom as well as a spacious patio and garden. It had everything we needed, including off-street parking and our hosts were friendly & accommodating. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the property for anyone looking to stay in or near Dinan.

Summary: We were delightfully pleased with the property. It was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. The owner was thoughtful and helpful in addressing our needs. Washer/dryer unit was difficult, but he is working to correct that.Very easy to reach Dinan from this property. Closeby access to restaurants along the Rance River.

Summary: Cote Rance is superb. We have just spent a wonderful week here after touring in our camper. The location for us was fantastic, lots of lovely walks and supermarkets nearby that you can walk on foot to the beautiful town of Dinan. The Gite was very clean and very comfortable and the owners are very nice. We were made to feel welcomed. Thank you Isabelle and Didier for a wonderful holiday in your home. Can’t wait to return next year!

Summary: This is a gorgeously restored three story stone house with everything you could need. It is close to food stores and within walking distance of Dinan.

Summary: This property is beautifully done, has a lovely, spacious back yard, is in a great location if you have a car, was spotless. It is just a few minutes drive from the Port of Dinan or Dinan proper. There is grocery shopping nearby. It has adequate, if not great, supplies for cooking. The backyard is a delight. The neighborhood is very quiet. A great place to explore this area of Brittany and just a one hour drive to Mont Saint Michel.

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, the furnishings were nice & the bed was very comfortable. Being able to stay in a stone cottage was like a fairy tale. The house and the yard were beautiful. It was only about a 15 minute walk to Dinan and just a few minutes walk to the supermarche, boulangerie and restaurants in Lanvallay. We really enjoyed the location because it was relaxing and quiet, but still easy to get to the store, etc. There was a lot of options also of places to go because you could go to Lanvallay, Dinan or the port. Also, Lehon was 2 miles away and a beautiful little town. We very much enjoyed running along the Rance river on the path to Lehon. We cannot say enough good things about this property and location! They were also great hosts, very responsive if we needed anything and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!
