Charming cottage for rent on the Mount Saint-Marie Ski-in /Ski-out fully equipped. 3 bedrooms that can sleep 8 people. 1 hour from Ottawa. Amazing location for outdoor activities and families ( Skiing, Mountain Biking, Golf, Fat Bike trail in the winter and access to a beach by a lake at approximately 500 meters. ) WIFI+BBQ with a large patio. It is a nature bath.
MSM is the perfect hidden jam for outdoor lovers and it is known by a small community. There is also a nice restaurant/bar and music scene on Saturday night.
Vallée de la Gatineau is also well-known for the nice fishing, horse back, gravel bike, kayaking is the area is beautiful.

Summary: This cozy chalet was perfect for a family vacation. Highlights included: very comfortable beds and linens, wood fireplace, birdfeeder, boot warmers, closeness to the hill, views from the windows, sled to transport your skis to the hill, and being in the forest.

Summary: A very cozy spot to ski at Mont Ste Marie. 5m walk downhill to the lifts/main lodge. Good heating (fireplace, electric heat), good hot water, comfortable beds. Worked well for two families with kids sharing the bunk room. Ann was very responsive and helpful and has clearly put care into making the chalet cozy. Chalet could benefit from a thorough clean, updated linens and additional reading lamps to make the space even more comfortable.

Summary: This is a comfortable chalet in the forest on the side of a ski mountain. It is very quiet and there are many birds. It is only a short drive to town. The chalet is well-equipped and we particularly enjoyed the large deck. The stairs up to the main floor/kitchen/dining area were a little difficult for my elderly mother to navigate but otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
