Summary: The house was very clean and cozy. Mary answered my message quickly which was fantastic and even left us information on things to do and places to eat. All great. The location was great and a short drive to the beach and downtown activities. Loved it!

Summary: This was perfect for our family of 4 spending a long weekend in the St Joseph area. Mary was quick to respond to all questions and requests. The place was clean, cozy and exceeded our expectations. Roughly 10 minutes to St Joe/Silver beach, Warren Dunes State Park and many other places and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was so clean and we found many touches Mary had done that made our stay extremely enjoyable. The location was private yet convenient and we wanted to take the sofa home, it was so comfy!!

Summary: This was one of the cleanest, cutest houses we've booked for a trip! You could tell that a lot of thought and love went into the details of this house. It had everything we were looking for for a weekend getaway. It was very cozy and the beds were so comfortable! She thought of everything! There was even a snack basket with a great choice of snacks and a bottle of wine! We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

Summary: This has been our families favorite vacation rental, hands down. It was beautifully remodeled and SO CLEAN. Wow, is all I can say. Mary was so responsive. And her treats and supplies in the fridge were such a nice welcome. We can’t wait for our next Lake MI trip! Thanks Mary!

Summary: Very cute and well kept cottage, close enough to any amenity necessary, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle for peace and quiet. The cottage is nicely kept and to say it’s clean and well put together, is an understatement.

Summary: Everything seemed to be as advertised. Location was good. House was clean. There was a slight musty odor at first that seemed to go away after the ac ran for a bit. Check in was a breeze. Owner was very helpful.
