Positive: Beautiful rooms and well equipped kitchen. The cottage has a lovely homely feel with fresh colours and lovely soft furnishings. Burbage is a really nice village, lots of amenities and pubs nearby. Burbage common woods not too far in the car to take the dog for a good walk.
Negative: The stairs are steep, to be expected in an old cottage though and only mentioned only in case you have mobility issues. Although no parking with the property, we always managed to get parked nearby.
Summary: Fab little cottage. Great stay

Positive: Beautiful cottage in an ideal location. Very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Lovely outside area for sitting and having morning coffee. Really friendly helpful host. Eat walking distance to all of Burbage’s lovely pubs/restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: Fantastic location right in the centre of the village Abby and her father were very welcoming and very helpful and the house was very homely and great instructions for parking and access.
Negative: Nothing. Comfortably sleeps three people.
