Summary: Really busy hotel so if you are looking for peace and tranquility this isnt the one for you. Two large conferences on separate days whilst I was there so restaurant was busy at both breakfast and dinner with lots sold out from the evening menu. That said, its clean, rooms are comfy and the sevice was great - even got a complimentary breakfast which was a lovely touch at check in. Would stay again for a business trip.

Summary: Lovely hotel, great location and ample parking available. Late check out was available on request. Nice spacious rooms - however the only thing I would comment on is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The windows do not open wide enough for ventilation and the one fan in the room was not sufficient. There was also no working extractor fan in the bathroom, so the hot steam would also build up in the room if multiple people having showers. Did provide cold water on request.

Summary: Smooth friendly check in. Hotel and pool are lovely. But, when we visited the temperature was oppressively high. The window is restricted to open only a few CMS.

Summary: Cards kept stop working. Long walk from reception to room to activate again. No AC. No fridge. Rooms described with different names, i.e superior, deluxe etc but ultimately all the same despite huge price difference. No explanation given.

Summary: Good business hotel Not cheap and sometimes difficult to get Wi-Fi down the long corridors plus some noisy air con equipment Don’t expect the quality of the breakfast to match the rest of the hotel bang average at best

Summary: Would say the rooms are a 3+ star quality not 4. No air conditioning and room was incredibly hot all night so none of us slept well. Shame as the bed was comfortable and room clean. A mini fridge would have been useful to keep water cold but there wasnt one. Poor impression on arrival with huge wedding reception in central atrium and crowds of people blocking the walk ways. We literally had to walk through a photo booth set up to get access to the communal lift. Pool nice. Central areas of hotel seemed nice but didnt use bar/restaurant.

Summary: Easy to reach hotel. On 1st impressions the hotel itself & entrance looked like it needed a bit of money spent as carpets looked shabby but once you entered the main atrium & rooms everything improved. A huge hotel with as many rooms so be prepared for lots of walking especially if you're at the end of a very long corridor 😉 Room spotless, 2 large double beds in our room which for a twin room was amazing, beds & pillows were very comfy. Great facilites in room & spa Overall stay ⭐⭐⭐
