Welcome to San Diego; across from the University of San Diego. Full sized master bedroom and bath (with king sized bed), mid-sized bedroom/office with queen sized bed; and a newly build (March 2024) third bedroom (two full sized beds); Airy windows; light-filled room; rooms have blinds that darken it very well.
Very comfortable, quiet household environment. Hardwood floor with cozy family room.
Great location in San Diego, 3.5 mile bike ride to Mission Beach along Mission Bay bike trail. 3.5 miles to downtown; Sea World 2 miles (this is the perfect place to stay for a small family visiting SD for a trip to Sea World); to La Jolla: 10 miles; Balboa Park: 3.5 miles; 35 minutes to Legoland! Disneyland: 90 minutes/mi. Trolley stop and route is across the road; 1/4 mile from my house.
It is a quiet street in a fun neighborhood that serves USD students. Starbucks is near the trolley stop. Golf is literally across the street, along with the YMCA. Just down the road is Fashion Valley for shopping and Old Town for sightseeing—all within walking distance.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home. Additionally, they have access to the washer and dryer, which are located in the garage.

Silver Terrace is the little-known name of this small neighborhood just south of the University of San Diego. Summary: Great little house to stay in close to lots of fun things. There are a few different rentals that use the same driveway, but didnt really see anyone else. We stayed with our family of 5 and it had PLENTY of space for us. I would still not have felt crowded with even 8 of uscould have

Summary: The accommodations were perfect for our party of five, including a room with two beds that 25 year old best friends were able to share while still having their own beds. But even more impressive than the accommodations was the kindness of Jimmy, the host! Our 25 year old daughter had some special medical considerations that Jimmy bent over backwards to help us with so that our daughter was able to join us on this trip! His housekeeper also went above and beyond to help us with the need. Truly special people and I would recommend any home Jimmy manages.

Summary: My family spent a long weekend in San Diego and enjoyed this house as our respite spot. Comfortable rooms and nice living areas ensured we all got to spend lots of time together. This home offered many amenities that made our stay all the more enjoyable - there is even a piano! This was a great location for us because we found ourselves traveling south to downtown SD and also north to the La Jolla/Del Mar areas and this was a perfect middle spot. The only snafu we encountered was WiFi that could not sustain any connection for our devices or for using the streaming services on the tv. Truly, we enjoyed our stay very much and would likely stay here again in the future!

Summary: My family and I stayed in the cottage for a week. It was convenient to all the site we wanted to visit. It has a piano which was a great delite for my husband. All of our needs were met. All in all a very good place to stay.

Summary: We loved the location & enjoyed how quickly we could get to see all that we wanted to see. Only issue was Living Room tv was slow to stream & seemed to have WIFI issues, bedroom TV had no issues so we were able to watch Thursday night football in there :) this is my 2nd time renting from host as I had previously stayed in smaller unit. Look forward to booking unit again.

Summary: The house was clean and comfy on a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets, and towels for our family. The kitchen has all of the basic items for cooking. Wonderful location, conveniently located near everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Summary: We rented this house for a surprise 50th birthday for one of my best friends. It was roomy enough and comfortable for 5 adults to spend the weekend. The owner was very friendly and available any time we needed anything, including running an iron over to us when we needed it and replacing the propane tank on the grill when it was empty. Highly recommend! 10 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
