Cozy country cottage, decorated with beautiful antique furniture and decor. Full service available - will stock fridge and help in any way. Start your morning at the breakfast table in front of the wood burning stove or long outdoor dining table. Get a great work out in the private gym w peloton, nordic track treadmill, and weights or swim (in summer) in the large swimming pool complete with diving board. There are several outdoor lounge areas with sofas and chairs; outdoor shower. You can barbecue on the Weber 3-burner outdoor grill and enjoy your lunch on the deck (table for 12) or by the pool. At night, lounge in the living room with large 60-inch screen 8k smart television (brand new). There is a private separate Zoom room w separate internet and copier. The Kitchen is fully stocked with serving pieces, plates, cutlery, stemware all brought in from my travels.
The property is 2 acres with the front acre being totally open space to play. There's even enough room for a football or soccer game with a giant soccer net (we have soccer balls for the kids). There is a large yard behind the sunroom, and yet another yard by the side of the pool. There are 4 bicycles to bike around or to the beach which is a short distance away. The house is near Round Swamp Farm and you can walk there for your groceries. The house is on Three Mile Harbor (long flag lot so no noise at all) and a short walk to Nick & Toni's or to town. (7 minutes)
3 of the bedrooms have queens size beds and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and twin on top. All the bedrooms have nice bedding, blankets, and towels. There is one bedroom downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. There is a newly created downstairs marble bathroom that is accessible from inside the house or from the pool. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. However, please note that the middle bedroom with the bunk bed, is not totally private because one has to walk through the middle bedroom to reach the bathroom and back bedroom. Thus, this middle bedroom is more suitable to a single person or children. Also, the beds are and pillows are encased and allergen proof.
For the winter, the house has 3-zone central heating as well as an antique wood burning stove in the sunroom. There is dual zone central air conditioning (one for upstairs and one for downstairs).

Summary: This is a beautiful and comfortable property for a family getaway. Our stay was in early April, but a summertime stay would be ideal, with the large in-ground pool. It's a perfect spot for a family with a pet; large, lovely, private lot, and all fenced in! There is plenty of room inside as well, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We didn't have a chance to use the bikes or the hot tub, but it's great to have them available if time and weather allow. There was an ample supply of nice towels and sheets, soaps, etc. It was also great to have a bathtub available in the downstairs master suite. Although listing mentions 'queen size beds', there is only one of that size/ in downstairs master bedroom. Other beds seem to be 'full size'. Also, water pressure was lacking, as was supply of enough hot water for showers. I'm sure this could be fixed, fairly easily, and really needs to be! Since we were attending a wedding, we didn't have time during our stay to try to address this with owner. If they take care of that important issue, then this property is just perfect!! And the decor is also beautiful!

Summary: The house is really incredible and my family had a great time in East Hampton. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you would need. Plenty of couches and places to sit/hang out, plus there is a really nice TV. The bedrooms themselves were very comfortable and plenty of extra towels, sheets, pillows, etc...The jacuzzi is huge and was very relaxing to hang out at night. The property itself is beautiful as well (plenty of grass, pool, bbq, patio plus the property is fenced in so you have added privacy). The house is in a great location - just a bit over 5 min drive to the beach or the train station. Natascia was a pleasure to deal with before and during out stay. Thanks for everything - we look forward to staying again!

Summary: I loved the expansive lawn, pool and hot tub. ( i would like the hot tub hotter, but I think that is just my personal preference ). The house was laid out perfectly for our group. It is very close to town, but not TOO close. It has all your could want for bikes, beach chairs and accessories. I have nothing negative to say, only positive.
