Slice of heaven on Lake Ontario, filled with historical charm, and magnificent views! Wonderful location with community spirit on Oak Orchard on the Lake. NYS Boat launch and beach access is a short walk away. Kitchen stocked with items that make meals easy as home. Kitchen opens to spacious dining/ living room, has enclosed sun porch to enjoy sunsets. Two-tiered porch with upper porch accessible from master bedroom. Downstairs bathroom has shower, and upstairs bathroom features clawfoot tub. Cottage was built in the 1880's which has all of the features of a quaint place to stay. Master bedroom is accessible through two other bedrooms. The stairs are a bit more narrow as can be expected in an historic cottage.

Summary: Nice property. Lake Ontario is literally in your backyard. We were there for fishing. I’d like to stay there when the weather is a lot warmer.

Summary: Stayed in Pointe Breeze for a fishing charter, the house is an old farm house but has plenty of room and is located right on the water with a beautiful view! Plenty of amenities! Would stay here again! The only issue we found with the house it could use another shower, and it needs a good cleaning. We found belonging from previous tenants all throughout the house. A brush on the floor in one bedroom along with lots of dust bunnys on the floors. Have eaten candy bags in the nightstands in the bedrooms ect ect..

Summary: Visited with family to celebrate my mother’s 75th birthday-the 4-bedroom, 2-bath unit with large kitchen and eating area was great. One night we made a bonfire by the lake and sat in the comfy Adirondack chair’s enjoying the view. The master bedroom facing the lake was large with a comfy bed but you had to enter it thru one of the other bedrooms- wasn’t an issue for us though. Loved the decorating within the house and the gas fireplace heated the place quickly.

Summary: The only issue was the grass looked like it hadn't been cut in a couple of weeks which hid dog poop from the neighbors dogs.

Summary: Picturesque location right on the lake, the sunsets were incredible. Check in was super easy. I contacted the host when we arrived because I wasn’t able to figure out how to get the heat on and Lisa showed up before I even saw her messsage that she was coming. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend with friends. Thank you!

Summary: Lovely address table cottage. Safe neighborhood. Great property management. One issue we did not have hot water. Upstairs bathroom had bath no shower. Faucet wasn’t working properly but we managed. Showers were cool! View beautiful.

Summary: All the amenities were there. The first floor sleeping option for guests 7 & 8 was a sleeper sofa, which was not what I was expecting for my elderly mother. She did not complain, though.
