Summary: This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year.

Summary: The lakefront makes this property. Clean and has everything you need. House needs a little updating. Not much in to do in area. Overall was a chance to be with family.

Summary: The cottage was wonderful. Spotless and as advertised and more. Nice patio right on the lake. With great views. Spotless clean. Well equipped. Owners were around, friendly, not intrusive. Formal locals, we were wanting to be close to family in Point Breeze and this cottage delivered. Good parking, sunny location, and close to local restaurants. Next time in town, we’d do it again. You won’t be disappointed.

Summary: Great place to view the Lake and relax after business trips to Rochester. Cottage was large enough for work and play at the same time, so everyone was happy. Well stocked, everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Comfortable beds and furniture, space to spread out so everyone could relax. We looked at many properties in this area before setting on this cottage, we definitely made the right decision!
