Summary: Lovely setting on the lakefront, ideally situated a few minutes drive from Cromwell. Cosy and warm good for this time of the year, cooling and road noise may be an issue in hottter months. Property manual had little to no information regarding any facilities no mention of the spa pool availability or the places of interest and restaurant recommendations.

Summary: You would stay at the Cottage by the Lake at Lowburn for two reasons. You are breaking up a road trip with a comfortable night or nights stay in modern units with all of the amenties. The other reason is you want a modern place that you can just chill, watching the ducks in the lagoon/lake while you enjoy a morning coffee or in the afternoon sitting on the seat by lakes edge. Lowburn is close enough for exploring what Central Otago has to offer. Enjoy
