A perfect base for exploring Central Otago. Old Cromwell Heritage precinct is a must see with its quaint shops and cafes. The areas wineries are world reknowned and you could also take a tour of a local orchard. There are many biking and walking trails and if you enjoy water sports then Lake Dunstan couldnt be closer! Highlands Motorsport Park is a great place for Motorsport enthusiasts but is also a fun place for the whole family. Further afield you are only 40 minutes to Wanaka and Queenstown and the Maniototo.

Summary: The cottage was cute with a nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom and lovely towels and bed- linen. It was disappointing not to have more photos of the spaces, in particular the master bedroom. More firewood and cushions would have helped.
