4 Bedroom House in Peru

The Cottage on Worthley Pond is a 2500sq. ft. home with 100 ft. of water frontage on one of the cleanest lakes in Maine. The Cottage has a large living room with a cozy pellet stove for those cool nights. A dining room with a large table that seats 8-10 people. There are 4 bedrooms with all brand new mattresses and bedding.
The Master Bedroom has a master bath with jacuzzi jetted tub.
The screened in porch is the perfect place to overlook the pond and listen to the loons. The Cottage has a large dock with kayaks and SUP for your outdoors entertainment. Close to mountains to hike, ski and snowshoe. Worthley Pond is known for its ice fishing in the winter months. During the winter months the ITS snowmobile trail system is accessed thru our backyard.
This Cottage has it all in every season. This is a great place for families to enjoy each other and the wonderful adventures Maine brings.
Please Note; From June 20- Sept 5 ONLY Weekly Rentals (Saturday-Saturday)
Any other time is 2 day min. and can stay any day of week or weekend combinations.
Note: There is a detached 4 bay garage with an apartment above on the premises that is owner occupied.

Summary: The weekend was spent celebrating our oldest son’s wedding. Although most of our time was spent at the venue is was nice not to have a great distance at the end of the day.

Summary: We rented this house to stay with our family for our wedding weekend. The house is gorgeous, lots of space, and the pond/location is top notch. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The only hiccup we had was the water/water pump. Was difficult for many adults to shower in the morning or get ready as the tank would empty and take a while to refill. We were aware this could happen though so it wasn’t a surprise but be mindful when many people have to be somewhere at the same time (like a wedding). Overall very much enjoyed our stay. The house is 100% worth the rent!!

Summary: this cottage could not of been better, its absolutely amazing! drank coffee while looking out over the lake, so cozy & clean - had everything! towels for swimming, games, epsom salt for the tub etc etc...we want to go back this winter. LOVED LOVED this rental - could not of found a better place to spend with friends & family while my son got married at the worthley farm walking distance down the road. thank you !

Summary: This property is beautiful. The exterior picture doesn't do the cottage justice. 10 adults stayed here to attend a wedding down the street and I wish we'd had more time to enjoy everything this location has to offer. The only downside I have is that cell service is mostly non-existent in the immediate area. AT&T was only slightly better than Verizon.

Summary: Great cottage with lots of space! Beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable! Loved how close we were to the water! The only downside was losing water with so many of use taking showers! We however felt with it! Other than that we loved our experience!

Summary: The Cottage on Worthley Pond was a wonderful place to have a small family reunion. The space was comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, the pond was clean, quiet, and a big hit with our kids. The owners were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely have this on our list for next year. Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: We had a group of adults and a 2 year old, and all enjoyed the property immensely. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings as well as of course the lake with the kayaks, dock, etc. The owners were fantastic....friendly and helpful!
