With capacity for 8 people (10 in an extra double bed), it is distributed in 4 double rooms, with full bathroom inside the rooms, (3 with double beds and 1 with twin beds). One of the rooms is equipped for people with reduced mobility.

The building consists of a two-storey house with an old terraced mill, built with masonry stone walls. All this in an estate of 6,000 m2, where the river Sarela runs, in an environment of water and lush native trees.

Summary: Very nice place, host is incredibly attentive. The house is very unique, clean and functional. Very close to the main town square. I would definitely stay there again

Summary: We canโ€™t be more pleased with our stay and this property. Juan, the owner, was so helpful and friendly. The house had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has a bathroom, it was perfect for our group of 4 couples. The owner welcomed us to the house and explained everything and gave us recommendations. He gave us the neighborโ€™s phone number, who is a baker, so we could order pastries and breakfast. The baker was a hit!! He was so generous and his products were delicious and delivered everything to the house at no extra charge. If we ever come back, we would definitely stay at Casa Rio Salerno :-)

Summary: Great experience! The owners are super nice, the house and property are clean and gorgeous. If you love the sound of a stream next to your house this is a must stay! Only 3K to the city center with some nice local shops in between the house and city center.

Summary: Juan was a great host Old stone home updated with appliances and furniture Great yard with running water and lots of room to play Kitchen was well stocked and whole house was very clean We had a great time!

Summary: Everyone in my group of 7 had nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Very spacious, comfortable beds, showers, and the property grounds were gorgeous. We met with the owner who was very kind and referred us to a local baker who delivered some treats to us as we celebrated a birthday. If we could go back and spend a few more days we would have! Highly recommend if anyone plans to visit Santiago de Compostela.

Summary: The house is spacious , well equipped and well appointed. We were only 4 , but there was ample crockery etc etc for the houseโ€™s full complement of visitors. Whilst walkable into the city, the walk is unattractive, but the no 4 Bus stop is right outside and we managed perfectly with buses and inexpensive taxis , and then on the excellent railway system out from Santiago. Special thanks to Juan who was a perfect host in every respect , and even , very kindly , took us to the nearest supermarket for our first arrival shop !! Thank you Juan from Bill, Lin, Gill , Gordon.

Summary: Hemos pasado la Semana Santa un grupo de 6 adultos y 3 niรฑas y nos ha encantado la casa. El entorno es espectacular, con una parcela enorme al lado del rรญo, con barbacoa cubierta y en un entorno de lo mรกs tranquilo, no se oรญa nada. El descanso ha sido de 10, con unos colchones mรกs que cรณmodos. La casa es preciosa y estรก equipada con todo tipo de menaje. Las habitaciones espaciosas y cada una con su propio cuarto de baรฑo. Juan es un autรฉntico encanto, en todo momento ha estado pendiente de si necesitรกbamos algo, nos recomendรณ sitios que visitar y donde comer. De detalle de bienvenida dejan una cesta llena de fruta, riquรญsima Una pena que el tiempo no acompaรฑara, porque nos habrรญa encantado poder disfrutar de ese jardรญn con columpios, tumbonas y mesa al lado del rรญo. Una casa de lo mรกs recomendable.

Summary: Casa entera con 4 habitaciones y 4 baรฑos + 1 aseo, salรณn, cocina con comedor completa y cรณmoda. No falta de nada. Todo muy limpio, jardรญn grande y bien cuidado. Casa muy bonita con molino, alguna habitaciรณn estรก dentro del molino de paredes gruesas. La reforma y decoraciรณn de aplaudir. Muy cรณmodos, con todo lo necesario, se duerme bien sin ruidos; estรกs a 3 kilรณmetros de Santiago y la Catedral. El dueรฑo Juan, te explica todo bien, y se preocupa de tรญ; recomienda sitios para comer (y acierta). Independientemente de ser un negocio, se le ve ilusiรณn y ganas de agradar. Nos dejรณ plรกtanos (las niรฑas comieron los 4 dรญas) y manzanas propias. Otro dรญa nos trajo una bolsa de manzanas caseras sin tratar, muy ricas. Hemos estado en los puentes en varias casas rurales por la zona de Asturias o Navarrra. Sin duda estรก ha sido la mejor, es un pena no haber estado mรกs en casa, pero no daba tiempo. Para mi mujer era un viaje especial, y estรก feliz. Gracias Juan, lo recomendamos y si volvemos por esa zona te llamaremos.

Summary: situacion ideal para visitar toda la region a pocos minutos en coche. El propietario muy atento y siempre a disposiciรณn de los clientes. Nos recomendรณ varios sitios donde comer de lujo a muy buen precio. Recomendamos especialmente el bar que estรก cerca de la casa, sus menรบs, el trato de sus propietarios (un matrimonio encantador). La carta que tienen y sus sugerencias son espectaculares . Sin duda volveremos
