Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook in. Comfortable beds and very clean. Nothing extravagant, but cozy. A couple of frustrations included the BBQ being snowed over. The deck had not been cleared of snow and ice in some time and we had to shovel off feet of snow To be able to use this. The back slider door has a lock that is broken and only worked 1/2 the time. The TV functionality was very difficult and unnecessary—this day and age technology with a Smart TV shouldn’t be this hard. There was a page of notes to guide the user to perform simple tasks. We couldn’t connect to our YouTube TV. I wish we would have been warned about how the cabin was from the parking lot. There was a lot of snow as expected for McCall, but the path was not cleared well and VERY slick. On my initial way down a neighbor and my six year old both fell. You had to be deliberate to walk carefully.to avoid falling.On a high note, we did have a fox come and visit the patio area upon smelling the BBQ. She was beautiful and so curious. The highlight of our time there!

Summary: Property was great. When we arrived the room had not been cleaned. We had to dry the sheets and make the beds. We were almost out of toilet paper. There was no paper towels. There were dirty dishes on the counter. It took 3 phone calls to finally get some where there to finish what we had not done and to bring supplies. Very unhappy with the experience. Really bad way to start our vacation.

Summary: would not come back in winter. house was cold, heat set up was poor. parking and snow removal was mediocre. and not well explained plus CS didn't know the layout and no way to Contac someone local. amenities were just average. it was OK but not a place I would rent again when going back to McCall.

Summary: This condo was conveniently located in Hearthstone, just off the McCall golf course. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and it was very clean. Only thing that is kind of tough is that there is only 1 parking space, so if you have a larger group, that extra car has nowhere to go. We fortunately had a only 3 people so it worked, but we had a friend that wanted to come by for a glass of wine, and there wasn't parking.

Summary: This place was in the perfect location for us. We loved How secluded it was. It was a trek to get down to the house but worth it. The hot tub and pool were in a very convenient location for us and we loved every second of it. Downside of the house is you can hear everything in it and there is a back step leading off the porch that is rotted and needs fixed. Other than that I would stay here in a heartbeat! Loved it.

Summary: The pictures shows the cottage in the winter. It did not warn you that you have 13 steep graveled stairs to descend in order to then walk on a dirt/gravel path to the cottage. There is no hand rails, NO LIGHTING AT ALL AFTER DARK, and all your luggage, food etc must be carried almost the equivalent of a block. One parking spot was to be ear marked for our cottage but someone else parked there so we had to park another block away along side garages. The cottage itself was a disappointment. It was not cleaned, undone puzzles under bed, dirty dish towels on the stove. No air conditioning and with the huge beautiful windows facing West, the afternoon heat was terrible and the sunlight was blinding. This cottage should be clearly marked not handicapped assemble. My back and knees were put through the ringer with this rental. This was my 1st time using Vacasa and this experience was very upsetting. I have pictures to share but don't know how to post them to thus evaluation
