This stunning brand new townhome is ideally located in the heart of downtown McCall. Just built in 2021 in the expanding Alpine Village with a beautiful view from your balcony. Walk to shops, restaurants, and Payette Lake during any season. This location is well-maintained and accessible year-round.
Pull into the ground floor 2-car garage, with an extra space in the driveway. Up the first flight of stairs is the living room with a gas fireplace and a refrigerated mini bar. Cozy up on the new sectional sofa with 3 recliners and watch a movie on the 70 inch smart television with sound bar. Step onto the tree lined balcony for a fresh breath of air. The open kitchen/dining area has high end appliances and is stocked with every amenity you need. Just off the kitchen is a small "nook space" with a full size murphy bed, arcade table, smart tv and half bath. Go upstairs to find the laundry room, and 2 beautifully decorated king sized bedrooms with ensuite baths, both equipped with smart TVs and cozy bedding. Each has a large closet to store your belongings and ceiling fans to circulate the air. The townhome is equipped with both heating and air conditioning.
Stars over Silverpine is just a short drive to golf, skiing, fishing, hiking and mountain biking! Tie in the fact that the townhome is within walking distance to the stores, restaurants, bars, and Payette Lake.... it really is the perfect get away spot!

Summary: Four adults enjoyed this amazing condo in July, 2024. Walking distance from everything you need to access in town, yet quiet in the evening and morning. Having two rooms with King beds was key for four adults. Condo was beautifully decorated without "over" accessorizing. A/C was a must in July and we also enjoyed the bbq on the deck one night. The deep garage plus an outside parking space were both helpful, as well. Lastly, the extra half bath on the main for was convenient, and we definitely enjoyed the old school the arcade games :) Leading up to our stay, communication and necessary information was sent clearly and a day-of-arrival outreach via text was also appreciated. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: Great VRBO: new and very clean, attractive building, modern and fun decor, excellent layout, quiet neighbors, big garage, convenient location. Didn't use Murphy bed, but checked it out and would in the future if needed. Kids loved arcade game console.

Summary: We stayed there over the week of the 4th. It is very close to downtown. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants, even to the lake. We walked down to watch the fireworks over the lake. The rental was extremely clean. It is new so I guess that should be normal, but it was immaculate. Everything was organized and even labeled. When I went to use the grill on the porch, there was a label telling me where the grill utensils were! Each room has it's own big screen TV (yes we finished Stranger Things). We had 6 in the family. Wife & I in master, Son and daughter-in-law in the other master. My teenagers wouldn't sleep together on the murphy bed so we brought a blowup for my youngest... However they have one there in the closest up stairs!! The washer and dryer are very large and great for after a day on the lake. The kitchen is well stocked, even had a spice rack, that we really didn't use because we brought our own for the stakes and burgers (American 4th of July) McCall is a wonderful place, we hiked in Ponderosa park, rented a boat and did some tubing on the lake, took kayaks & paddle boards up the north river, and we golfed a little. Stars over Silverpines was great. If you have little ones the stairs may be a little steep. Garage on lower level (with beach toys and even 2 bikes to ride around). 2nd floor has a good kitchen, and we loved the large table that sat all 6 of us very comfy... played lots of games at the table too. 2 master suites on the 3rd floor with the laundry.
