Positive: Very peaceful and quiet surroundings, pristinely clean, modern facilities, en-suite bathroom in both rooms.

Negative: The bed frame in the twin-bed room is quite hazardous. The mattress is smaller than the bed frame so the corners are protruding. Not seeing it because it’s concealed by the bed spread, I bumped my leg into it so hard I got a bruise. It’s very remote, far from commercial establishments but we won’t take it against the property. It’s the nearest and nicest available at a busy time because of the Big Church Festival in Wiston Estate and we were glad to have found it. It’s perfect for those who are looking for some peace and quiet.

Summary: Overall, it’s very satisfactory, it’s got everything we need for a pleasant stay.

Positive: Modern cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a bath and a very strong shower. Well equipped and really nice to have all supplies provided, including milk, jam and bread. Sat outside for breakfast a couple of times. Toilet problem fixed instantly. Good location for going to Devil's Dyke and Brighton area.
