Located just 25 minutes from Sitges and 45 minutes from Barcelona, ​​this charming Catalan "masia" is ideal for large groups of 22 guests who long for privacy and traditional Spanish luxury!
This spacious mansion of Catalunya Casas is located in a property of 1000 square meters. Entertain your guests with a private pool (8m x 5m), a games room, two living rooms with televisions and a fully equipped kitchen with the following amenities: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and cooktop .
On the ground floor of this two-story villa, there are three bedrooms: (1) a double bed, (2) a double bed with private bathroom, (3) a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom that is equipped for guests with limited mobility. Five additional beds can be added only to the rooms on the ground floor.
The first floor features the remaining bedrooms with the following arrangements: (4) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (5) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (6) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (7) one double bed, (8) two single beds with ensuite bathroom. Fans are available to use to keep the rooms cool.
Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.

Summary: This is a lovely secluded property in the hills which is great for a private family getaway. The best part of this Villa is the outside space and pool, which we used constantly. We did find that the property description a little misleading as the photographs make the bedrooms look bigger than they are. One of the ground floor bedrooms is more of a corridor as you use it to access other bedrooms behind it. This was not a suitable space to put a bed. We had intended to use this room for an elderly member of the family who has trouble with stairs but this was not possible in the end as the nearest bathroom has steps inside. We also think that people staying here should be made aware that the 'drive' up to the Villa is a badly maintained 'dirt track' which a lot of our cars struggled with. In summer you should be prepared for a large amount of wasps and mosquitoes too! These, however are the only negative points. There is good access to nearby towns and villages, the kitchen and dining area's are well appointed with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery (the dishwasher was brilliant for our large party!) and there are great views from the poolside gardens. We would probably return to this area again.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this villa- thank you, and were incredibly impressed with your luxurious apartment. We have stayed at villas in the resort for a number of years, and although listed as an apartment, your was just as spacious, more luxurious and modern than many we have experienced. The large beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was virtually silent - making for a peaceful night's sleep :). We certainly hope to return again to this tranquil area and will have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends and family.

Summary: It is essentially for those who want to explore the rural sides of Spain. But the villa is extended in a large area and it is far better than it is shown in pictures. Cool place for big groups and those who want parties at a private place!

Summary: We had an absolutely lovely time at this house with everything going well. We enjoyed the pool lots and also the spaciousness of the house in general. Gardens are lovely too. We loved the local village with it's very traditional way of life.
