This cozy space is across the driveway from our house. Has a wood stove in the living room and a nice open floor plan with two bedrooms and one bath makes for a nice time with family or friends. We are close to several fun activities such as skiing and sledding at 7 oaks, hiking at the ledges state park, canoeing and tubing down the river, train rides in town or go to the race track just a mile away.

Summary: This property is very private in the country. It is beautifully decorated, and was definitely adequate for our needs. My only criticism would be that it could use some storage space for clothing. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Summary: We showed up to the property and were not impressed the the filthy exterior including muddy driveway, old falling apart farm house(which someone was occupying) surrounded by garbage and junk laying everywhere. Driveway was a muddy mess with the overall exterior being filthy! The interior of the shed is clean overall but be aware that when it says sleeps seven this includes pull out bed from couch and air mattress. Advertised as quaint little country place when in reality it is just a section of finished off pole shed on an old broken down farmstead. We rent a lot of VRBO and this is the only one we have been dissatisfied with and declined to stay at. The positive was the owner did refund half of our money back which we found to be fair.
