Summary: My family really enjoyed being at this property, especially the beautiful outdoors. The kids especially enjoyed the zipline. It is a beautiful landscape. Inside was a 3 level space and it was fine for us. Whoever comes should be prepared to walk up and down stairs.

Summary: This place is so lovely it’s hard to know where to start. The house is gorgeous, spacious, clean and comfortable with views out over rolling farmland and woods. The surrounding area is so beautiful and tranquil it truly takes your breath away - farmland, Alpine views, forests - with the property itself in its own beautiful gardens. Christine and colleagues couldn’t be more helpful and kind. We had the best time, and this was the perfect place from which to explore this beautiful part of Bavaria.

Summary: We all had a fab week in the Bavarian hills, our young nieces just ran and ran across the meadow to the tree house as soon as we arrived-and it didnt stop. We really loved the location with the lovely sunrises and sets, Christine and her family were just perfect hosts, and we really enjoyed revisiting all the regional gems with a comfortable and welcoming home to come back to. And when we just wanted to laze around it was nice to listen to real German rural life all around. Look forward to seeing everyone again Steve

Summary: The houses share an splendid and very large common area where you can feel absolutely confort and privacy, perfect for adults and childrens. The house with all equipment that you can request, plenty of details and quite confortable. Its location very convenient to visit a lot of interesting places. The proprietress so kind and friendly. In short, very recommendable.

Summary: Christine's Bavarian cottage was everything pictured and more. It was our first time visiting Bavaria and after one week near Freiburg this place presented a nice rural change. With amazing views and a country setting it was very comfortable. Every room reflected Christine's love for decorating and provided us with the comforts of home. Water pressure in each shower was great, beds were comfortable, cows were friendly, and after purchasing cuckoo clocks in Triberg, we were serenaded each morning by real cuckoos. Everything was great and lots of memories were created. Thanks Christine and Florian.

Summary: This property is country living at it best in Bavaria. It is the real deal. The setting is private yet the hosts are on the property and accessible if needed. With this property as the home base we visited Austria and Switzerland on day trips. You can see views of the Bavarian mountains from the property. Sunrise is beautiful rising over the mountain views. The property is clean and well kept. I recommend this to any traveler who would like a quiet country setting in Bavaria.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Gut Rechetsberg. The location was quiet, absolutely beautiful, and perfectly suitable for our family of four and our two friends. We enjoyed the short drives to visit the alpine attractions of southern Bavaria, including Neuschwanstein and Garmisch, but we also enjoyed the quiet and scenic surroundings of farms and forests. During our visit, there was lots of snow, and it really was a winter wonderland. The house was fully equipped with plenty of space and exceeded our expectations. We hope to return again!
