Relax at our large 5 bedroom country home in Bel Air, MD and 15 min the historic waterfront town of Havre De Grace, Md. and the Quaint Main Street in Downtown Bel Air, Maryland . Your family will sleep comfortably, in large guestrooms, all with adjoining baths, new fresh bedding, fresh linens and towels provided. Spacious living areas, office space, and a den /play-room for kids. Cook in our large country kitchen all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and a Jenn Air cooktop. Or, enjoy the wonderful choices of nearby restaurants including Maryland seafood, nearby Mexican, Italian, or Asian favorites. Enjoy the outdoors, large patio, and deck for grilling.
We host wedding parties and family gatherings- small events are included for up to 30 invited guests ( overnight accommodations for ONLY 9 guests your event may be included in an overnight package night stay !!. * Small events can be catered and hosted with a one day reservation

This is a great spot for Daytrips about an hour to Lancaster, Amish Country, Outlet shopping, Strasburg Railroad , or Longwood Gardens, the Naval Academy in Annapolis as well as the Inner Harbor are an easy daytrip. We are 45 min from the BWI Airport and 1 hr. from Philadelphia Airport. We trust you will find your stay comfortable. Your hosts are Florida Residents, who love to travel, and sometimes host their guests at the farm , They can be available if needed but the rental includes the first 2 floors, laundry, all porches and outdoor areas.

Summary: We needed a secluded location to help us prepare and this was an excellent alternative to hotel rooms. The owners were very helpful to us.

Summary: Property is clean. Owners do live in the basement, they were not a bother at all. The check in process is a bit odd compared to more updated homes. you meet the owners at the house. Unlike other listings with the key entry box or code. There is a list of rules provided and 2 are that the formal living room and formal dining that you can not use. That was no issue for our family. If you have small children that may be an issue due to it being off the main space. This is an old home with a lot of charm and a beautiful location. The house had no bugs as mentioned in someone elses review, it was very clean and the owner supplied some waters to get us started. In regards to the comment about not using fridge water, that's because it's on a well. As an orignial to Harford County it is normal to not drink the water. There is no issue with their request for you to stay safe and drink bottled water.

Summary: We booked our reservations for the house months before our trip. The communication between the host and myself was always smooth. They worked with me for another family member to check-in. The house was exactly as described; the three bathrooms made it pleasant for a large group, and the upstairs bathrooms were Jack and Jill, so everybody had direct access to the bathroom. The homeowner’s house rules were the same as most and made the stay feel like being at home. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with both stink bugs and swarming termites. We understand there is little control over insects, and the house is in farm country. I was expecting some insects. The owner stayed on property in a separate part of the house and helped find solutions to the bugs. All-in-all, I enjoyed our stay and my family had a good time.

Summary: We had a wonderful time and enjoyed visiting family and exploring the area. The house was a good location and gave us the ability to spread out with comfort. Look forwarding to visiting again and would not hesitate to again use this property.

Summary: Squeaky clean and comfortable place for a family to stay for a wedding in Bel air. Only 8 minutes from the center of town, and the kids loved the mooing of the cows and the crowing from the roosters nearby. Everything was great except we did not have coffee as promised or enough toilet paper and had to purchase both. It's a small thing and was very very comfortable place and we would stay there again.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for Christmas and we loved the house! It was a very cozy place to stay for the holidays and the owners were very easy to reach if we needed anything. They even set up some decorations for us and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We were able to use both Netflix and Amazon prime at the property and were offered internet upgrades by the owners. There are grocery stores within a 10 minute drive and we went hiking at Rocks State Park, which is near the property as well. I would highly recommend this property for a comfortable winter stay :)

Summary: Lovely house and accommodation. Larry was very accommodating. Our family group were between 76 and 91so the only thing I would say was a negative was lack of railings on entry ways and steep steps to upstair bedrooms Bottom line though we certainly enjoyed our stay

Summary: The setting was very nice with lots of space for children to run. Somethings to be aware of: there was not enough outside seating for the amount of people we had, upstairs was very very warm and was not told (until check out) that there was a separate unit for upstairs and we should have called them, lots of sticky note of what not to do. It was not disclosed that the owner were staying in the basement until check-in. The owner were respectful and never bother us; this was uncomfortable. At check out we did speak with the owners and they are very nice and concerned able are stay.
