Summary: We had a wonderful week. Kim answered any questions we had almost immediately. Thank you Kim. The house was spotless, and absolutely fully equipped with everything you would need. We sat and enjoyed the water, the hummingbirds, the dragonflies and the eagles. The view is spectacular.

Summary: If you love getting away from it all, this is the place for you. Beautiful view of the ocean right from your living room, or relax on the bench outside with a morning cup of coffee. The sunrises are spectacular. Deer regularly visit the yard and eagles fly over the house. The house is comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities of home, even a dishwasher. Plates, silverware, glasses, pots and pans are all there in abundance. The property manager, Kim, was very responsive to our needs. The area is full of things to do if you tire of the serenity. Drive the Cabot Trail, check out the local restaurants for fresh seafood, visit historic and cultural sites, and enjoy a ceilidh.

Summary: Great views from this peaceful location. The house was clean and well equipped. A great place to see wildlife and enjoy the wildness of Cape Breton. Our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Summary: My wife and I with adult children had a fantastic week. The property is on the trailhead of the half hour Fairy Hole hike, a bucket list destination for many Cape Bretoners. One highlight; a pilot were joined my wife and son while snorkeling .near the beach below the cottage. The property was a home and is exceptionally well equipped, clean and pleasant.. The best is the setting with expansive lawns and a panoramic view of the ocean starting at the base of the small hill on which the house is situated.. The week ended too quickly.. Summary: Quiet, off the beaten path, fully furnished, very comfortable 3 BR + house. Great views, half way between Sydney (North Sydney) and St Ann's College. Great local contact, very accommodating. Well worth it !! Must be really beautiful in Spring and Summer was magnificent this Fall.

Summary: This home gave us privacy, stunning views, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is well equipped and clean. Kim (manager) was great. Not happy with VRBO's exorbitant user fee and will avoid using them in future.

Summary: We are a couple in our sixties and we had a truly wonderful four days at this cottage. The view of Bird Island and the ocean is amazing! Seeing the bald eagles soar over the property and land on trees within sight was spectacular. You might be lucky enough to see deer! The cottage has everything you would ever need. Kim is there if you need her and responds fast. She is a wonderful host. We hope to return one day. Thank you so much, Kim.
