Positive: The location, right on the water, was amazing. Very relaxing.
Negative: The RV is older, could use a little more TLC on cleaning bugs, cobwebs and dead insects from the lights over the bed and within the unit and the window screens had to be re-taped as they appear to not work properly. Like I said, it's a older unit, and could be fixed up a bit better than patched up.

Positive: Fantastic location on the Cabot Trail. Very welcoming and the accomodation was comfortable and spacious with excellent facilities as well as views. Would love to come back and stay again.

Positive: The property was beautiful , the boat house was a good experience.
Negative: There were mice, the place needs a deep clean and some maintenance it could be amazing. the bathroom almost felt like the floor was gonna cave in.

Positive: The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location was good—right by the water and a 40 minute drive from the National Park, making it perfect for exploring the area.
Negative: However, we were disappointed to find that breakfast was not included, even though the booking information had stated otherwise. Updating the website to reflect this would be helpful for future guests to better plan their stay. We stayed in the boathouse, and while the setting was charming, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we found mouse droppings in the kitchenette area, and we spotted rodents at night despite ensuring no food was left out. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the overall experience.
