Summary: This was a really nice home. I loved that the home was well stocked with everything you needed. The home was very clean. The home had all the extra things you may forget about while traveling. So having those extra things was a bonus. I traveled with my 3 friends and they all enjoyed themselves. I am use to the host checking on us upon arrival but they did not. Therefore as the reason in my rating. But I will say they responded when I did have a question. The home was really nice and clean. The only down side to the home is the smell from the water. I think the home water system may just needed to run a little or it may be well water. Also they provided drinking water, so that worked out. It was just the water coming from the shower that smelled bad. Overall it was a great home.

Summary: This was a great house. It was very clean and a very well stocked kitchen, laundry room, and baths. It only needs a potato masher. It is a quiet place on a secluded mountain. just what I was looking for. Our cell phones didn't get service out there. I did have my 1 year old grandson with me and there were plenty of toys to keep him busy. my only suggestions for the owners are 1. maybe they can get a small booster chair that they can leave in the closet for small children. 2. More instructions that the renters can follow to help them keep their house in great condition. For example, where to leave the full trash bags, and any check out instructions that might help. My only disappointment was that the location to Petit Jean state park was not as close as advertised. According to my map its is a 40 mile drive to get there, which was my main reason for choosing this house.
