Our house in local stone is situated in the countryside, in a peaceful hamlet, 15 minutes from Vannes, Morbihan Gulf and the beaches of the Rhuys peninsula. Enjoy the heated pool and the park of 4800 m2. 200m you can take the road to St Jacques de Compostela for pleasant walks.
The pool is private and heated (29 °) from mid-May to late September and you have the exclusivity.
We live on site and will not fail to inform you about the sights and landmark on our pretty department.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen in the large and small white goods (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster ... , Lounge / dining room with wood stove and toilet.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, the 2nd with 2 single beds; a shower room with toilet; closet.
On the terrace you will have the garden furniture and barbecue.

Summary: This is a very special area, although the weather is rather unpredictable and affected what we could do. The hosts were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I wished the weather was better.

Summary: The property exceeded our expectations. The cottage was lovely and homely and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was large and comfortable and as the area was so quiet, we slept wonderfully. The pool area (which you have exclusive use of between 10am and 10pm) is simply stunning and the gardens, including the private garden attached to the cottage, are thoughfully laid out and very private. Consequently, we spent most of our week outdoors, swimming, dining and relaxing. Parking was easy and right next to the cottage and there are lots of fabulous locations to visit close by making this the ideal place to stay on a visit to the area. Thank you to Corinne and Philippe for being such wonderful hosts; we had a fabulous stay and would love to visit again some day.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly hosts with lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Extremely well equipped. The cottage was with in short distances if many beautiful villages and towns. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Summary: Corinne & Philippe's holiday home is beautiful. Very secluded, everything you could want is there including a wonderful outdoor space with private pool & eating area. Only a short drive to immensities such a supermarkets, fuel etc and the beach 15 minutes away. Should you need them Corinne & Philippe are just next door but don't impose in any way at all. Highly recommend for both 1 or 2 weeks holiday. We LOVED it!👍

Summary: We had a fantastic time in Sulniac, it was an excellent base for exploring all the beautiful surrounding areas. After a hot day exploring it was lovely to come back for a swim in the very lovely heated and clean pool. The hosts were very attentive we had an issue with the WiFi and it was sorted ASAP. Due to the language barrier we communicated via messenger on vrbo and they were very responsive. Couldn't ask for more and we had a fantastic holiday.

Summary: We had an amazing time at the property and were welcome very warmly by our hosts. The property was very pretty and the pool impeccably clean. The car trip to the bakery was sweetened by the small bar next to it, where we started the day with a nice espresso. The local restaurant is also outstanding. If you like the rural and quiet environment than this is the right choice. Thank you Corinne and Philippe for your great welcome and making it such an enjoable stay.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with many interesting places within reasonable mileage to visit and several good restaurants within easy distance which added to the lovely time we spent in and beside the pool. This is one of the best swimming pools we have experienced in our many, many years visiting France. The house was well equipped and the owners live alongside and were helpful whenever we needed it but did not impose on our privacy. We would certainly recommend this property.

Summary: We were met by the mother of the owner who was very sweet and welcoming! Nicest person ever! The house is big and clean and really amazing ! Our children loved the swimming pool with its own loungers,hammock and tables. Overall I would highly recommend !!
