Positive: The accommodations are an oasis of calm with a unique atmosphere. You feel secluded from the rest of the world in the best way possible, yet still in good hands. The high-quality furnishings are lovingly personalized, the beds are super comfortable, and there are cozy inviting angles everywhere. In short, it's a place full of zest for life. Even after just a long weekend, I had the feeling of a long, relaxing vacation. This is particularly due to the hosts, Sven and Michele. Their hospitality, friendliness, and warmth make the place special! They have great recommendations for the surrounding area and are incredibly helpful.
Negative: The final stretch of the road is indeed a bit challenging, but if you drive slowly and patiently, it's not a problem (and no issue for SUV drivers anyway… just don’t arrive in your Ferrari 😉)

Positive: The warm armosphere …inside like an art museum, and outside a huge terrace overlooking the beautiful Umbrian country side and a gigantic pool. But the very best part where our hosts, Sven and Michele, two of the most caring , friendly and efficient staff a person could desire.

Summary: The best agriturismo vacation we have had in over 30 years of vacationing this way. There is no way we won’t return.

Positive: The host was very gracious for example while the breakfast served was an Italian breakfast comprising cakes and coffee, the hosts provided me healthier options as a diabetic. Additionally, the property is in a magical spot and has a beautiful pool with extraordinary views. The hosts were lovely people and made us feel at home away.
Negative: I would have like coffee facilities in the room. Location wise - the surrounding roads are mountainous which required adjustment.

Positive: The house is very stylish and vintage, every detail is put to thought and the best thing for us was Nanita the cat (and Normajean the dog as well). The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a huge yard and pool which was also great and an amazing endless view. Many spots to chill inside and outside and excellent creative dinners.
Summary: We had the best time! Sven and Michele (and Nanita & Normajean) are amazing hosts, they really made us feel welcomed

Positive: Beautiful place with amazing view, very warm hosts who took good care of their guests. Comfortably furnished and clean room, big swimming pool, possibility of breakfast and very good dinners.
Negative: Not quite a pleasant driveway, which unfortunately is not in good condition and is quite long. If you plan to come and stay then it's not a problem. If you are planning day trips, then this is a complication that you have to face. Only sweet breakfast - pastries and jams, I missed the variety of choices like fruits, yogurt, cheeses, cold meats that are so amazing in Italy.
