Positive: The bed was soooo comfortable and the pillows. Shower pressure was heavenly. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!!!!
Negative: The mirror closet did not close, so I had to push it to get by. The tub was not cleaned up on check-in. The top of the beds were dirty and full of dust. The dresser and bedside table was broken. Television kept blinking out and there was no guide to help with channels. Television stopped working on our last night. I reported it to the front desk and was told the television going out is normal. AC kept going out. We called the front desk for maintenance and were shown what button to keep pushing when it cut off which interfered with our sleep with room going from cold to hot.

Positive: Room & bathroom were clean and met our expectations for the night. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water & clean bedding. Staff at the front desk was helpful with our questions and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was hot and varied with options. This stay is just what we were looking for on our way through WV.
Negative: Cabinet in the room had seen better days (One cabinet door was loose but functional) and our room window was able to be opened but was not able to be closed completely (track was warped). We were on the 2nd floor so we weren't worried about it being a safety issue. More or less cosmetic things but nothing glaring.
